The Research and Development Cell (RDC) of Handique Girls" College is proud to launch the Institutional Seed Research Grant (ISRG) Scheme from the year 2024, a flagship initiative approved by the Governing Body. This program is designed to foster a culture of research excellence by providing seed funding to faculty members undertaking innovative and socially relevant research.

 

The ISRG supports full-time Ph.D. faculty with a proven publication record, offering funding across disciplines in both Science and Arts, with a focus on projects that address local and state-level challenges. Collaborative proposals are welcome, with each selected project receiving ?1 lakh for a two-year duration. This initiative marks a significant step in strengthening the college"s research ecosystem and empowering faculty to pursue impactful scholarly work.
