Ph.D.: Taxonomic studies of Heteroptera with special reference to the family Pentatomidae in Kamrup (Metropolian), Assam, India from Coton University, Guwahati, Assam (2018-2023)

Research Experiences-

·       Insect rearing- Rearing and behaviour study of different types of insects in the laboratory condition

·       Field study- Insect collection in different habitat with the help of various equipment

·       Taxonomic study- Taxonomic studies of Heteroptera by traditional methods

·       Toxicity study of various pesticides on insects’ body

·       Molecular study of insects using PCR, sequencing methods and phylogenetic relationship study using MEGA software.

·       Taxonomic studies of insects by both traditional methods and modern methods

·       Insect behaviour study in laboratory condition

·       Insect- plant interaction study

·       Molecular analysis and phylogenetic relationship of insects.

·       SEM analysis of different body parts of insects
