A Career Counselling Session under Community Awareness Programme was conducted on 29th May,2023 by the Dept. of Bengali for the students of Higher Secondary 2nd year of Bidyamandir H.S. School, Pandu, Guwahati at the school premises. Nearly 20 stundents attended the programme, Deepsikha Das, faculty member of the Dept. of Bengali and Dr. Anuradha Das Purkayastha, HoD, Physics of Handique Girls College were the resource person of the programme. Ms.Das spoke about the advantage of studying Bengali as major subject in degree colleges, while Dr. Purkayastha encouraged the students to take Physics. Both the resource person also talked about the prospect of Bengali as well as Physics in making a bright Career. The students were encouraged by the session.
